1. Who we are

2. Your account

- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Do not share, sell or trade accounts.
3. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the client or server, automate play with bots, harass other players, post unlawful or hateful content in chat, attack or overload our services, or try to access other people's accounts. We may warn, mute, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. Preview status
The Game is a prototype. Characters, items and progress may be reset or removed at any time before launch. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability.
5. Virtual items
Coin, jade, items and characters have no cash value, are licensed to you rather than owned, and cannot be sold for money. [TODO: revise if real-money features are added]
6. Intellectual property
The Game, its art, music, code and text belong to us or our licensors. See the EULA for the software licence.
