1. Licence
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Sword & Seal launcher and game client ("Software") on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial play.
2. Restrictions
You may not: copy or redistribute the Software except as we permit; reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where the law allows; build or use cheats, bots or unauthorised servers that connect to our service; or remove notices.
3. Third-party software
The Software includes open-source components under their own licences, and the Ma Shan Zheng and Noto Serif typefaces under the SIL Open Font License. [TODO: link the complete third-party notices file shipped with the release]
4. Updates
The launcher downloads and installs updates automatically. Some updates are required to keep playing.
5. Preview software, no warranty
The Software is an early preview provided "as is". [TODO: warranty disclaimer and liability limits as advised by counsel]
6. Termination
The licence ends if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the Software.
